The new Ayr industrial estate is officially open and I can’t be more thrilled. This is a great example of strategic planning for our Burdekin’s future. This was a very difficult project that was not without its engineering challenges that put some of our young engineers through their paces. What a great experience for them and a great outcome for the town. With some blocks under offer and plenty of interest in the remaining blocks, I’m certain that this new land will play host to some great new business and aid some existing businesses to grow and prosper. The Burdekin’s future is bright indeed.
