ST FRANCIS STUDENTS MAKE A SPLASH AT SWIMMING CARNIVAL

‍

St Francis Catholic School students made a splash in Week 10 of Term 3, with Prep to Year 6 participating in a week of Water Safety lessons.

‍

The program provided students with valuable opportunities to build confidence in the water, develop swimming skills and strengthen their understanding of water safety. The week concluded with the Annual School Swimming Carnival, which brought a new format to the event this year with the entire school community, from Prep to Year 6, participating together.

‍

‍

The carnival was a fun-filled day of swimming, friendly competition and House spirit. Students competed in a range of events, contributing valuable points towards their House. The encouragement and enthusiasm shown throughout the day highlighted the importance of participation, teamwork and good sportsmanship.
