The Burdekin Race Club is preparing to celebrate the 18+ social event of the year.
7 local horse races, thousands of dollars in prizes for fashion, mega draws, super bets, to be won. Free fresh fruit and veg for all. Live entertainment on stage till late.

Norm Perry Memorial Duck Race

Watch on as hundreds of decorated plastic ducks are dropped into Plantation Creek and float their way to the finish. It’s a fun day out with kids' games, a BBQ lunch, and entertainment, all while supporting two local causes through duck sales.

Burdekin Enduro Off-Road Race

Join the Burdekin Off-Roaders Club for their annual home ground off-road race, the Burdekin Enduro. This family friendly event showcases some of Queensland’s, and Australia’s, best off-road race cars as they tear through the dirt to claim podium places.  Don’t miss the sprint section on Saturday afternoon where you will be able to see the cars up close and personal.  Entry is free, just bring water and something to sit on.
