
Home Hill Golf Club’s Brennan’s Tyrepower 4BBB Championships produced a weekend of close competition, with titles decided across both the men’s and women’s fields on Sunday, 23rd of August.
The closed championship event capped a busy weekend at Home Hill Golf Course following the Junior Open, with strong fields turning out for the annual tournament.
In the men’s competition, Simon Power and John Ross Dale prevailed from a three-way playoff, finishing ahead of runners-up David Falco and Murray Cannavan, while Scott Sibson and Clarke Grogan took third.
The men’s nett competition was won by Jason Forno and Kieren Dawes, with Scott Sheahan and Russell Fisher finishing runners-up.

In the women’s competition, new club member Melody Broad combined with Bev MacDonald to claim the championship title, narrowly edging Michelle Gabiola and Megan Barbagallo.
The women’s nett title went to Shirley Jones and Tara Cesconetto, with Jan Cannavan and Judi Sheahan finishing runners-up on a countback from Jenny Fitch and Jane Cannavan.
The club congratulated all competitors and thanked Erin Brennan of Brennan’s Tyrepower for joining the presentation of trophies.
